Tab Sampling Methods

In DOHSBase Compare only methods for individual substances or groups of substances included for measuring in the air at the workplace are presented, so no wipe tests, no indicator tubes, no measurement methods for emissions from materials or methods only focused on uptake through the skin. The measurement methods DOHSBase Compare originate from publicly available standard rules for measuring personal concentrations. A hierarchy is used. Click here to see the hierarchy fo measurement methods.

The upper part of this view is a list/table of all sampling methods presented ("Sampling methods hierarchy grid"). You can scroll through the table. After clicking in one of the cells of the table, in the lower part of the view information about this sampling method are presented. On the left side of the table an arrow shows the sampling method that has the focus. The grid number is also presented in the detail information on the Measurement Method. By default the information of the first sampling method is presented.

You can also scroll through the sampling methods using the arrows at the bottom of this view.

The specific Limit Value(s) for each Sampling Method (i.e. sampling time applicable for limit value) can be selected by clicking in the box "Fix # associated limit values". A check mark (V) appears in the box. In the Tab Limit Values only the associated limit values are highlighted. The other limit values are greyed out.

Below the table the data of the Measurement Methods are displayed in groups:
