The name of the substance used in DOHSBase Compare is identical, or derived from the name used in the sources of the limit value.
The name always starts with a (latin) capital letter. This means that numbers or Greek characters are placed behind the name between brackets. For instance: 2-Butylacetate is listed as Butylacetate {2-}.
Along with the substance name one or more synonyms are also presented.
