Particularisation (as)
The particularisation ("as") of the substance. This specifies the form (dust, aerosol) or the component of the substance (f.i. chemical element, active chemical group (-CN), metabolite, or biochemical parameter) that is actually used in the limit value. The limit value and its dimension therefore relate to this form or component. The following particularisations are in place (not complete):
- Oxygen O2
- Metabolites in blood, plasma, urine
- Strong inorganic acid mist (Sulphuric acid)
- Fibres
- Vapour
- Respirable Dust
- Inhalable Dust
- Total Dust
- Colony Forming Units (CFU, KVE in Dutch)
Non-chemical substances:
- Vibrations: accelaration
- Climate (indoor): predited percentage dissatisfied
- Electromagnetic field:current density
- Lifting Weight: single load
- Noise, Radiation: dose
